Attribution and Impact
- An 8-item feedback survey was administered through SEAP 2.0 at two stages of the learner journey: after completion of 10 lessons and the full 25-lesson course.
- Skill Improvement: 81.3% of learners reported that the solution was useful for improving their English language skills, while 54% of learners reported that the solution helped them identify specific areas for improvement in their English.
- Increased Confidence: 84% of learners reported improved confidence and ability to speak English, while 81% expressed trust in the scores, and nearly 84% reported overall satisfaction with the solution.
